In the beginning, creating artful grazing boards was a hobby. After a few parties, people asked me when I was going to start a business; something I had never considered. As a wife, mother of two and full-time educator the thought of taking on one more thing sounded insane.
My brother was born with cerebral palsy; a disease that does not allow a person to easily control their muscles. Like anyone, he desires a sense of purpose, and takes pride in being able to be independent. After trying to find him an employer that could meet his needs and hitting many dead-ends, I decided to take my passion for fine cheeses, crafted meats and my love for snacking and start a small family business; thus NoshNW was established.
NoshNW Charcuterie, not only seeks to tantalize taste buds with unique flavors but also aims to foster a workplace environment that celebrates the talents and capabilities of individuals of all abilities.
Jake is our supply manager and taste test extraordinaire! Each box he folds and fills until it looks just right (not an easy task for him) and each label he places on cones and cups. Together we have made this into a successful family affair. When you buy from NoshNW, you are giving to a business that also supports an exceptional needs employee.
To delight taste buds by crafting delectable moments through artisanal charcuterie and noshing experiences.
